Bertrand Moulin, of MK & Co Services & Consulting, supported the United Nations Capital Development Fund’s (UNCDF) new strategy of ‘Leaving no one behind in the digital era’ and operations in Madagascar aimed at promoting an inclusive digital economy for the most vulnerable layers of the population in sectors such as agriculture, energy, education, health or transport. In this respect, among other things, he led strategic work (conducting studies and a diagnostic of the Malagasy digital financial services ecosystem, donor mapping, country and fundraising strategies), technical assistance work (e.g. overseeing and improving the implementation of a project of digitization of savings groups in the south of Madagascar, or new projects concept notes with partner donors), and communication and knowledge management assignments (drafting of blogs, lessons learned and best practices).
